Second Chance Scholarship Foundation is a volunteer run charitable organization which believes and recognizes that all youth have potential and when given an opportunity to succeed academically, they can become educated, responsible and contributing members of society.
All they need is a SECOND CHANCE.

Our Mission

Assist disadvantaged at-risk youth achieve their potential through education, mentoring and social responsibility.

Our Goal

Broaden our support base and make opportunities happen for youth.
